We encourage sending in your laptop to be serviced by our
technicians rather than repairing it yourself. There is more
than one solution to most symptoms (ie: Blank screen , bad screen, bad
motherboard).

over the Laptop, Others may choose their own Courier service
to send , In that case please follow the instructions. .

You Have To Do and what We Do
1.Please
Fill up The Job Card Sheet and Send us On Line .
2.You
will Get an automatic Number
from The Job card Screen once you complete.
3.Please Note Down
the Number,as we call That
as ReferenceNo.
4.Now Send Your Laptop through any Good Courier
and please mail us The Courier Receipt No along with Job Reference
Number.This will help us to track your Laptop with
the Courier Company.
5.Once
we Receive your Laptop We will Fax or mail You a Job
Card that will Carry a number Called as JOBCARD NO . That number
along with the reference no can be used to find the status of your Laptop.
We
will Diagonise the Laptop and before fixing it.We will inform
the charges through mail
or fax or phone.You can also see the the charges in the on
line JOB status screen .Your machine will be fixed after we
receive your approval of the quote. We will deliver the Laptop through a reputed courier
company after receipt of full Payment.
We
Do Not Charge You anything in case we are not able to
service your Laptop!!!
