and the pickup service is available for the entire part of India !

How to register for a pickup
All these, we need to spend 2 minutes for the registration, by clicking the "Register for pickup" and register
yourself. There are totally three pages of information , need to be filled as folows,

1. In the First Page you have to Register your personal details.
2. In the second page, You have to Specify your laptop details and the complaints.
3. In the third page ,you have to specify your address, date and time of pickup etc,
4. Once the registration is over, we will provide you a pickup reference card and this is the
   proof of registration as you have registered with Abm infotech .This pickup reference card
   can be saved or printed and the same will be sent as an email to your specified
   email Id automatically.

Note : Please remember, In the registration process, if you have any difficulties, Please click the
         “online chat" option wherein our online executives will assist you during the office hours.

Information about registering the Personal details!
About the personal Information registration, in this page you will have to type your name, email Id,
Mobile Number and also there will be a security question which need to be answered. This security question
has been placed only to avoid Spam’s. Once you complete the personal information page and submit ,
you will be getting a password on your mobile and also on your registered email. You will have to use
the received password and login further for the laptop complaint registration.

Registering Once is enough :
The personal information details , you have to register only once. The next time onwards whenever you login
with your user Id and password ,we will show you all your existing registered Information’s such as your
personal and communication details .If there is a change you can edit it or if there is no change , you can
retain all the details as it is .Once you have registered, From the second time onwards , all you have to
login with your ID and password, specify your laptop complaints and the date and time of pickup, which is
alone sufficient.

Information About Registering the laptop problems :
While registering the laptop problems, Please mention everything in the complaint box !!

1. Please mention whatever is the problem you had with the laptop and it is better to be descriptive.
2. Please mention if some thing is broken, damaged, scratched etc,
3. Please mention ,as what all you are sending along with the product, for example, battery, adapter,
   cd's for installation etc,
4. Please mention if you require some upgrade of memory or hard disk drive or any additional
   accessories etc,
   

About Packing Boxes

Option-1- Pickup using your own Packing box :
Incase, if you are using your own packing box, after packing if you require an "ABM"address label for
sticking Purposes, By the time of your registration , we would have sent you an email which carries the link
information as “ ABM ADDRESS LABEL” using that you can take a print out.

Pickup time Information when you use your own box
When you have the box ready and asking only for a pickup Please follow the instructions,

1. Register for a pickup before 1"o" clock , then the same day pickup is possible.
2. whenever you require same day pickup ,Please mention the time of pickup between 4 to 6 pm.
3. If you Register for a pickup after 2 pm, it is better to ask for a pick up the very next day.
4. The best time for pickup is always the next day and anytime between 10.30 am to 6 pm.
5. All the above mentioned options are possible only on the working days not on holidays.

Option-2-Pickup using "ABM INFOTECH" box :

1. Whenever you request for a box, please mention the pick up date as, the day after tomorrow .
2. At first we will have to send you a box, Perhaps you may receive a box, the very next day .
3. In such case Probably the third day would be idle for us to pickup from your destination.

Box Inside and packing Information
On every box request, we will send you a box along with the support tools such as packing tape, cutter
and Abm Address Label etc,for your convenience. All you have to do , receive a box, cut open and Place
the laptop inside firmly and close the box using the packing tape. Since the ABM LABEL has come along
with the empty box, please stick the "ABM LABEL" and keep it ready. Once the courier person reaches
your destination, please handover the box to the courier and collect the Proof of delivery.

Information About pickup charges :
About the cost factor ,Please refer in the page "Know Your courier charges" for the detailed information.
The charges varies according to the destination. Our courier charges are cheaper and there is no hidden
cost involved. About the payment to the courier companies you dont need to pay anything directly since
this is going through the " ABMINFOTECH " account. This charges will be added in your service bill as
actuals and mentionedin your bill as courier charges.

Courier Shipment Tracking facility :
While pickup of the product from your side, the courier provides you a way bill ( receipt),based on the
way bill number you can track your shipment easily . Incase of delivery from our side ,once the products
get shipped out we will send you an email.This email,carrying your shipment details, by clicking the link ,
you can be able to track your shipment.

The Final:
Once the machine reaches our office , we will register the laptop and generate a job card.  Subsequently
this copy of the job card will be sent to your registered email id instantly. For your Information, the reference
you have generated on the web registration is only a temporary for the pick up purposes. The actual job card
number can be generated only after the physical entry of the product. Based on this job card number only we
can be able to update the status to you in the future .When you call our customer care for any information,
this job card number has to be mentioned for references.
