need a REFERENCE NUMBER from us.

Once you receive a number, write
this number on the outside of the shipping
box.
Once shipped, you can track your repair using your REFERENCE
NUMBER
you just received.
We will email you when we receive your laptop so you
know
it arrived safely.
When
sending in your laptop for repair:
1.
Pack the computer with at least a 2" padding around
the whole unit.
2. Write the REFERENCE NUMBER we give you on the outside
of the box.
3. Include a note inside the box explaining the problem
(or a copy of the form).
4. Include the AC Adapter and one battery for us
to test the unit(s).
5. You will be responsible for return shipping costs that
will be insured and using
UPS approved packaging on all declined or unrepairable
laptops.
